Muddy Wednesday

I was hoping it would be a sunny day, to dry up the back a little more. We got a few hours of sunlight yesterday, but not a single golden beam as made it down to us today. I intend to let the cats go out anyway. They are a little restless and are running wild around the house again, clawing the furniture as well as each other. At least we do not have any huge pond-like puddles today, though I am sure the mud is wetly fresh and soft. I will just have to hope that my cats are as light on their paws as ever.
