Pop leaves to spend a couple of days at Kay's place. She stayed over last night, protecting our stuff while we did our grocery rounds. As Pop leaves, he said, "And Kay says bye."

Hmm, I wonder what that's about. That friendly gesture. It's a first. Did he tell her that I have taken over the edging of the lawn, and she feels sweeter toward me, or is she feeling sweeter in general after her surgery, feeling less pain, feeling more rosy. She looked like she is doing better.

Well, in any case, if I don't get around to cleaning my tub tomorrow, then you can discard me as utterly worthless, if you haven't already. I have got to hit it. It is pretty disgusting again.

Checking my inbox, I see this striking notification: "mgabe sent you a message". Yeah, wow.

My first thought is that she is going to roast me over my use of her PupperMaster icon, but I wonder if this is just my negativity and paranoiac energy, as that really would seem kind of bitchy. But why else?

Well, let's find out!

I guess there's no point in saying anything, but just simply comply with her wish. At least it keeps life easy. I was not sure how I should respond if she were making a friendly overture, but I needn't have worried.
