Taco Cabana

So, as it turns out, it was not so bad that I forgot to defrost the hamburger meat overnight. Pop felt like dining out at Taco Cabana, and although I was actually inclined to say 'no', not caring for the trouble, he offered to get extra tacos or anything I wanted, and I had enough presence of mind to jump on that. It beats a Swanson TV dinner. And it is a touch of variety on a very tiresome menu.
