The neighbor dog

The neighbor dog no longer comes to the fence for me, and I have not bothered to try to snack him in some time. It has been this way for perhaps some months, two or three months. I imagine that the leashing has broken his spirit, for it was not long after that when this new, colder situation emerged. They just keep him leashed up all the time. I swear whoever is responsible for this deserves to spend an eon or two in hell.
