blissful morning

It was such a blissful morning, so quiet and peaceful, so cool after the night's storms. I got some good writing done. But now Pop is up and he's talking loud over the phone. It was nice, though.

Here's hoping Tim Tebow has developed a taste for women's undergarments ... because TMZ has learned, the teamless QB has just been offered a new job with the "Lingerie" Football League.

The LFL -- now known as Legends Football League -- sent Tebow's agent a letter moments ago, offering the former Jets QB a swanky new coaching position ... after the Jets fired his ass this morning.

LFL President Mitchell Mortaza writes, "Now that it appears Mr. Tim Tebow's career in the National Football League may be coming to an end, we at Legends Football League would like to extend him an offer to become our Quarterbacks Coach nationally."

picked up Fernando Pessoa again

I am glad that I picked up Fernando Pessoa again. Although he strives too hard to make his life seem a happy one, in my opinion, there is much that is poignantly sweet in his bitter-tinged notes. Thanks is owed to my going over my collected quotes in my show blog. I came across a couple of quotes from him, extracted from his overall philosophy, that hit the mellow spot of my reflective, sad soul.
