Retiring from President Washington’s cabinet, having done more than his fair share in setting the new government onto smooth sailing, Alexander Hamilton comes home to his family to refurbish his own personal finances. Once, discovering a slim volume on the table, he picks it up and sees that it is a copy of the Constitution, and he gives out a pretty, little oracular speech.
